Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Willow Hollow Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at willowhollowboutique@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
