We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and in clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
- We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (the return window begins the day tracking shows a delivered status).
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return submission to qualify for a full refund.
- For split package orders, the return window begins from the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at willowhollowboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method within 7 days of submission.
Refunds
Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
