Extended Return Protection — Powered by Seel

Want more flexibility? We've partnered with Seel to offer optional 30-day return protection at checkout. For a small fee added at checkout, you can extend your return window to 30 days from delivery — giving you extra peace of mind with your purchase. Look for the Seel option at checkout to add this coverage to your order.

Standard Return Policy (7 Days)

Items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and in clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (the return window begins the day tracking shows a delivered status).
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return submission to qualify for a full refund.
For split package orders, the return window begins from the final package delivery date and time.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.

How to Start a Return

Email us at willowhollowboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method within 7 days of submission.
Returns will need to be sent through our fulfillment partner, Trendsi. Please contact us at willowhollowboutique@gmail.com to initiate your return and we will provide you with Trendsi's return instructions and address.

Refunds

Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
