RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Willow Hollow Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Extended Return Protection — Powered by Seel We've partnered with Seel to offer optional 30-day return protection at checkout. For a small fee, you can extend your return window to 30 days from delivery — giving you extra peace of mind with your purchase. Look for the Seel option at checkout to add this coverage to your order.
Return Eligibility We gladly accept returns on unworn clothing items that include the original tags and original garment packaging with SKU label intact. To qualify for a full refund, your return request must be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date (the return window begins the day tracking shows "delivered"). Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your approved return submission.
For split-package orders, the return window begins on the delivery date of your final package.
Please Note:
- We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item on our end.
Processing Time Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and resolved.
Final Sale Items — No Returns or Exchanges The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:
